This is the picture I chose from the internet. I think this is a good picture to show shadows and light for a few reasons. It shows shadows and light because of the contrasting in the picture. The contrasting makes the image seem darker and it makes the hand and light stand out. I feel like what also makes the hand and lines of light stand out is the angle. The angle makes the whole picture because even the smallest angle can make a difference. The fingertips on the hand seems like it is causing the light to cast shadows and create lines. The lines of light can be leading us towards the hand. However they can also be leading us away from the hand. This image is also a good picture because it drew my attention and by doing so you have your audience.
